Information we collect
When you apply, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email, profession, city or state, residential-project frequency, primary software, capability interests, portfolio link, intended use and consent choices. We may also store the referral page and UTM campaign values attached to your visit.
Why we collect it
We use this information to assess participation in Ayadi's testing programme, understand the types of professionals and students interested in the product, select useful testing cohorts, contact selected applicants, support testers and improve the product. Attribution information helps us understand which outreach channels are useful.
Testing and marketing are separate
Consent to testing-related contact is required so we can process your application. Product updates and public-launch announcements are optional. Declining marketing communication does not reduce your chance of being selected for testing.
How information is handled
Application records are stored in a protected database used for Ayadi's tester programme. We do not sell applicant information. Access should be limited to people working on tester selection, onboarding, support and product research.
Retention and deletion
We keep application information while it is reasonably useful for private testing, product research and launch communication permitted by your choices. You may ask us to delete or correct your application data at any time.
Your choices
- Request a copy, correction or deletion of your application information.
- Withdraw from testing-related contact before joining a cohort.
- Opt out of product and launch updates at any time.
